Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Innovate4India! We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our attendees. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.
Cancellation by Attendee

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to reachus@innovate4india.org.

Cancellations made before the selection day are subject to 50% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the selection day.
Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that Event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will be entitled to a 90% refund.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If attendees are unable to attend the rescheduled event, they may request a refund as per the above policy.
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original ticket purchase.
Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for tickets that have been partially or fully used.

Innovate4India reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
