* Your participation is confirmed only after you make the registration payment and receive a confirmation message.

* If you miss the Selection Round, you will not be allowed to participate on the event day.

3. Who decides if I get selected for the Main Event Day?
* A panel of judges will evaluate your performance during the Selection Round and decide if you are selected for the Main Event Day.

4. What is the theme for the art to be showcased?
* The theme for the art is “Reconnecting with Nature.” Your artwork should be centered around this theme.

5. Can I get a refund if I decide not to participate after registering?
* Cancellations made before the selection day are subject to 50% cancellation fee.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the selection day.

6. When and where is the Main Event Day?
* The Main Event Day is on 28 July 2024. The exact location will be provided upon selection.

7. How are winners decided?
* Winners are decided by a panel of judges on the Main Event Day, based on age categories. The jury’s decision is final.

8. What if I disagree with a decision made by the judges or the organizers?
